How to be happy.

Ten things:

1. Establish playtime, and hold it sacred.
2. Be always engaged. In surroundings, ideas, people.
3. Eat well.
4. Sleep well.
5. Never idle.
6. Read. Read a lot.
7. Don't hoard.
8. Call your parents often.
9. Be good to your friends. Listen to them. Care.

10. Ensure that happiness is an independent pursuit, the responsibility of which is never to be placed in the hands of anyone else but yourself.

These are things I try to remember.
